We are looking for a Dealer Network Coordinator who will report to the Dealer Network Coordinator Team Lead and who’ll be tasked with managing the day-to-day network change and dealer network compliance with the Dealer Development team. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s growth and elevating the quality of the dealer network. You’ll be at the forefront of evolving the network of the future. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO : Support the sales team with the implementation of action plans related to the optimization of the North American dealer network. Conduct market and performance analysis for our North American dealer network. Collaborate with dealers to ensure they comply with their obligations. Manage requests (from dealers and the sales team) as well as violations related to the application of the BRP Dealer Agreement, BRP policies or laws. Manage communications between the sales team, the Legal Department and the dealer network regarding compliance with dealer obligations or breach of contract cases. Execute and maintain high-quality files by following the network development workflow process. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES : A bachelor’s degree in administration or other pertinent fields. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and activities by prioritizing. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the dealer network. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments. Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time or the equivalent of 5 days every 2 weeks. Experience improving processes (an asset).
