(www.siriuspersonnel.com)  Profile : Our client is looking for a District Sales Manager in Montreal to manage a number of truck dealers in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. The goal of the role is to support the sales efforts at the dealerships and provide growth in your territory. The candidate we seek has to have experience with truck / dealership experience. Please submit your resume in English.Territory : Quebec and Atlantic provincesWorkplace : Home office local to Montreal and regular visits to dealershipsProducts / Services : Truck (dealers)Salary : Base $95,000-$105,000Commissions / Bonus : 10% annuallyCar allowance : $ / kmExpense's reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursedOther Benefits :  MedicalDentalPrescription drugsRRSP matchingGym membership reimbursementReimbursement of relevant continuous learning courses3 weeks vacationFunctions :  Plan, schedule, and conduct regular in-person dealer visits, as well as maintain frequent telephone contact with dealers, to gain an accurate understanding of current sales activities.Coordinate truck sales with sales programs, implement policies, and strengthen brand presence within the dealer network.Establish an effective support role with dealer management concerning performance objectives, market development, sales programs, and events.Communicate with the dealer network regarding truck sales activities, inventory / order planning, and the wholesale of trucks to dealers.Provide accurate and timely reporting, including dealer visit reports and sales activity updates on quoted / contracted deals, orders placed, and delivery schedules.Identify product requirements and sales opportunities within the assigned market area.Assist in training dealer team members on products, systems, and processes.Attend customer visits with dealer sales team members to provide support and assistance in closing truck sales opportunities.Offer feedback and coaching on dealer performance management, addressing and documenting noncompliant items.Achieve sales targets outlined by the organization.
