Exciting news! Our busy client has a sales position for Halifax and the surrounding area with fantastic career potential. This vacancy is due to a retirement of an employee with 30 years of service! Now is the time to be a part of this amazing team culture!
In this position, you will be developing sales opportunities with new clients, with a focus on large and complex business entities and in the public sector, in addition to managing existing accounts. To be successful in this great sales role, you must enjoy the challenge of business development and work like a hunter! This opportunity is a unique one as you will be calling on businesses in Nova Scotia selling a very specific product portfolio.
The incumbent should have a Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing. Five or more years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment, and previous experience with security solutions, is required. You should be tech savvy and great at building strong customer relationships- experience with managing large and complex tender / bid processes and submissions is a bonus!
This is a full time, permanent position. Base salary is provided as well as commissions and a company car / gas / car expenses or car allowance, along with a robust benefits package. If you are the successful candidate, you will receive an incredible training program and will have a manager who is supportive and wants you to be successful and grow!
