Reporting to the Vice President of Technology and as a part of Technology Senior Leadership Team, you are responsible to contribute to the overall financial, risk, resource, and issue management of the IT Department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation, evolution, and on-going management of technology architecture and standards across the business as owner of enterprise architecture governance.
- Lead the creation, evolution, and on-going management of the Business Intelligence and Data platforms and standards across the business as owner of Business Intelligence and Data governance.
- Lead successful organization change management outcomes resulting in architecture governance adoption with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure the technology architecture aligns and supports corporate objectives, policies and standards.
- Lead a team of technical professionals including the hiring, performance, and compensation management.
- Contribute to overall technology risk management.
- Support your team of Solution and Technical Architects to develop technology requirements and systems architectures for business projects and provide guidance and support during implementation.
- Approval of system architecture deliverables in accordance with enterprise standards and methodologies.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and education to technology professionals to build alignment between business objectives and technology investment plans.
- Stay current on emerging products and technologies to determine fit with overall enterprise objectives and architecture.
- Maintain your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations and be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.
Skills, Capabilities and Experience :
Enterprise Architect , Data Architect, or Senior Solution Architect with minimum 5 years experienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated understanding and application of modern enterprise level business process, data, security, and technical infrastructure architecture knowledgeDemonstrated capability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts in a business environmentDemonstrated leadership capabilities to develop individuals and build strong working relationshipsYou will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
