Our innovative product line has expanded to include fancy compression and ankle socks, all designed with the specific needs of diabetic individuals in mind.Position MissionYour mission as Creative Producer at Viasox is to take strategic briefs and turn them into compelling, high-performing ad creatives that drive customer engagement and acquisition. From concept to execution, you are responsible for producing both low-budget and high-budget video and static ads, ensuring every piece of content aligns with marketing objectives and delivers real impact.You will own the full production process—coordinating UGC creators, brand ambassadors, and on-set talent, managing 4–5 shoots per month, and working closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life. Your expertise in videography and photography, combined with strong production management skills, will ensure our content remains fresh, engaging, and performance-driven.This role is pivotal. The footage and photos you produce are what connect our customers to Viasox, shaping how they experience and trust our brand.Key Criteria / RequirementsProduction & Coordination Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a creative production role within digital marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.Direct Response Marketing Acumen : Familiarity with DTC advertising principles and experience working with Meta and TikTok ad creatives.Production Leadership – Own the execution of creative briefs, transforming strategic concepts into high-performing ad creatives. Manage the full production cycle from pre-production to final delivery.Videography & Photography Expertise – Confidently shoot and direct both video and static content, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with performance goals.Creative Adaptability – Produce both low-budget and high-budget creatives, maximizing resources while maintaining brand integrity and storytelling impact.Talent & UGC Coordination – Source, direct, and manage UGC creators, brand ambassadors, and on-set talent to ensure authentic, engaging content.On-Set Production Management – Plan and execute 4–6 shoots per month (video & photo), handling logistics, directing talent, and troubleshooting challenges in real-time.
