Part-Time Remote Office Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote administration team. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of handling a variety of office tasks in a remote setting. We offer all the necessary tools and training to ensure you thrive in your role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for company clients and team members.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the correct voicemail or department.
- Screen phone calls with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare, proofread, and send outgoing emails and official correspondence.
- Attend virtual meetings (Zoom) and take clear, accurate meeting minutes.
- Handle sensitive company information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist in creating and formatting reports, as needed.
