Job description

In Your Role You Will

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to identify and prioritize tasks related to the rebrand.
  • Assist in the development and updating of organizational files and documents.
  • Provide administrative support for rebranding efforts and communications activities.
  • Support social media efforts on organization’s platforms : Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Prior to confirmation of employment, all applicants must provide a copy of a current Criminal Record Check and / or Government Screening Letter. These checks vary depending on province and sector and will be communicated by the Program Hiring Team.

As An Ideal Candidate You Possess

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Suite, or Canva is an asset.
  • Required Competencies :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
