Our client, a mineral exploration and development company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team in Canada. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide critical support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across the organization.Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks for the leadership team.Document Management : Organize and maintain files, records, and reports, ensuring easy access to critical information.Office Coordination : Assist with office supply management, IT coordination, and facility organization.Financial Assistance : Support basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.HR Support : Assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team events.Travel & Meeting Coordination : Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for business meetings and events.Communication & Reporting : Prepare internal reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.Qualifications & Skills : 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industries.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.French language skills are required; English language skills are an asset.Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary package based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth in an evolving industry.A collaborative work environment within a global mining and exploration company.
