As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with day-to-day company activities, ensuring their efficient and error-free execution. Scheduling and document organization, office activity coordination, and providing communication-based assistance are among the additional responsibilities that will fall on your shoulders. Those of you who thrive in chaotic environments while being masters at maintaining order could be a good fit for our team.
Primary responsibilities :
Assist team members in managing and organizing their own schedules.
Assign the correct people to receive incoming messages (emails, phone calls, etc.).
Office documents, presentations, and reports must be preserved in their entirety at all times.
Meetings, trips, and other activities can be organized more efficiently with our assistance.
Efficient and up-to-date office file systems are essential, regardless of whether they are digital or traditional.
The team can better ensure it has all the resources it needs if office supplies, tools, and inventories are kept in an organized manner.
Assist the team with data entry, billing, and responding to client contact, among other administrative tasks.
Perform additional HR-related duties, such as onboarding, as requested.
Assist in enhancing office procedures and systems to ensure increased efficiency and output.

You need to be physically present in Canada to be eligible for remote work that is promoted to only Canadians.
A bachelor's degree is required, and many employers prefer candidates with graduate degrees in business administration, finance, or a closely related field.
Two years of appropriate work experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, but not required.
