Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to executives at the Vice President level and the broader team. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and phone etiquette skills. The position is based in Calgary with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, with potential for 5 days / week). A private workspace at home with a secure internet connection is required.
Position : Administrative Assistant I
Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Salary : $28 / hour
Location : Calgary (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Servicing portfolio managers
Collaborating with administrative staff
Creating new account applications
Processing payments
Scheduling client meetings
Updating applications
Managing correspondence, maintaining confidentiality, and escalating issues as appropriate.
Providing a high level of administrative support, ensuring quality service and professionalism.
Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Preparing and completing supporting documentation (reports, presentations, invoices, correspondence).
Organizing meetings, including booking facilities and arranging required materials.
Responding to inquiries and requests for information.
Qualifications
Must Have :
Administrative experience
Attention to detail
Ability to work within deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong phone etiquette
Post-secondary education
Nice to Have : Banking experience
CSC designation
