Your future duties and responsibilities :

The Accounting AR Specialist will play a critical role in the financial team, focusing on accounts receivable management, daily reconciliation, and supporting month-end closing. This position requires advanced accounting and analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities.

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Be an active participant in the month-end process, providing timely and accurate reports regarding revenue, cost, and allocations.
• Reconcile AR accounts and prepare trial balances and financial statements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage follow-ups on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparing various financial reports.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Implement effective AR strategies to ensure timely collections.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for accounting improvements.
• Manage special requests , ad hoc analyses and collaborate on in-house projects.
