Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a dynamic accounting team in a thriving company located in Ville Saint Laurent. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this role offers the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of accounts as part of a collaborative team. Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable for your assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct collections and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Enter accounts receivable data and prepare invoices.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports and other related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3  years of experience in a similar role.
  • Accounting studies are considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French ( This position requires strong English communication skills to handle accounts across multiple provinces)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software is an asset.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
