ServiceNow Analyst

PrecisionERP recruiting is seeking a bilingual (French and English) ServiceNow ITOM Analyst for a one year contract at our client located in Montreal. The candidate would be responsible for the development and delivery of ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience as a ITOM product owner / analyst / lead.
• Experience with CSDM in a large complex environments
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
