I am currently recruiting for a Buyer / Logistics Coordinator for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electric transport located in Drummondville.

Job description :

• Issue purchase orders and ensure follow-up until receipt of goods.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to obtain the best terms of cooperation.
• Plan and coordinate the transport of goods in response to after-sales requests.
• Monitor stocks and their availability to avoid shortages.
• Manage any disputes with carriers and suppliers, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze purchasing and logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement (cost reduction, process optimization).
• Manage non-conformity returns with suppliers in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Any other related tasks to support the Procurement Department
