This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and ensure advertiser satisfaction for web ads and travel and entertainment clients on TikTok by developing highly scalable machine learning products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions, from product conception to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Analyze business challenges, identify client pain points, and prioritize product features that enhance advertiser activation, retention, and ARPA (average revenue per advertiser).
- Lead the development of ad solutions that prioritize product-matching strategies for delivering superior returns on ad spend (ROAS) to clients.
- Ensure compliance with user privacy regulations and promote responsible use of advertising signals.- Partner closely with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and other teams to leverage signals and enhance advertising performance products.
Minimum Qualifications : -Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline. -Have a basic understanding of the advertising system, good data sense and high abstract ability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in marketing, advertising products, or relevant industry solutions.
