What is this about?
We’re a small group of veteran entrepreneurs seeking to disrupt the established century-old industry of electrical motor control. We’re building up the team and are seeking a few amazing individuals who can share our vision of building a fantastic product that will save energy and be used by millions.
We’ve already secured our financing and we have committed strategic partners on board, so it’s really up to us to execute and make sure we bring value to customers through the product we’re creating.
- If you’re passionate about mechanical design;
- If you’re an expert in 3D drawing and thermal modeling; and
- If you want to work with a small, dedicated, and effective team.
You should be passionate and knowledgeable about :
CAD Design using Solidworks for various types of drawings;Thermal modeling and heat management;Designing and building high-power, high-reliability systems;And if you’re familiar with motor control, all the better.And this is what we’d expect of you :
Carry out CAD drawing for various applications, including product design, assembly drawing, detail drawings, packaging design, etc.;Elaborate concept designs;Integrate concepts from electrical engineering and thermodynamics in a 3D model, including thermal CFD;Select and route low-power and high-power wiringEvaluate the mechanical durability of designs in vibration, impact, and fatigue, including product packaging;Search and select components, then generate BOMs;Document your projects to provide assistance and support to production;Support engineering in the development of automated type tests.Experience requirements :
3 years of experience in mechanical engineering

The hiring process for this position will consist of 3 interviews :
