As an Application Support Analyst, you will work closely with business partners, analysts and team members to provide front-line IT services for a variety of applications including Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SAP Concur, CCH Tagetik and Murex. This application support enables efficient use of this application and ensures their stability by offering a personalized, local service.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to user requests for Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SAP Concur, CCH Tagetik and Murex solutions via Outlook.
- Analyze problems received by reading logs to establish the cause of the problem
- Search for possible solutions to undocumented problems
- Offer comprehensive solutions to system users
- Ensure the proper functioning of the various modules through periodic checks
- Prepare working documents for application users
- Assist user migration to a new version of the application
- Ensure communication to users during system transitions
Requirements :
Undergraduate degree in computer science, business informatics or related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in Application SupportProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O solutionExperience with SAP ConcurExperience with CCH TagetikExperience with MurexExperience in an agile context with the Jira solutionKnowledge of MSSQLFluency in French and knowledge of English.Assets :
Knowledge of autosys or other enterprise schedulersKnowledge of financial concepts applied to portfolio management, financial instruments and risk managementKnowledge of the Microsoft BI platform SSRS / SSIS / SSASC# programming language and Microsoft .NET frameworkCompetencies (Behaviors & Skills)
