Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to maximize project efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Monitor project progress and performance through regular site visits, addressing issues and implementing solutions as needed.
- Uphold safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to foster a safe working environment.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
- Proven track record managing 1 to 3 full-cycle new build institutional projects valued between $15M and $80M.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Ontario.
- PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal certifications are considered assets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
