If so, we want to hear from you!At Western Irrigation District (WID), we are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead our Project Management Team (PMT) and support the Construction Superintendent in delivering successful construction projects.What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Team, ensuring performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with quality codes and fully integrate the Quality Team into project execution.
  • Oversee project reporting, risk management, and change orders.
  • Enforce company health, safety, and environmental standards, participating in daily safety meetings.
  • Collaborate with project management, operations, and clients to resolve project challenges.
  • Support the Construction Superintendent in meeting project schedules and plans (without direct authority over their role).
  • Ensure all contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.What You Bring : ✅ 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field. ✅ Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, contracts, and resource management. ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. ✅ Education or certification in one of the following : Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Facilities EngineeringCertified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designationEquivalent construction-related field experience with strong project management expertise ✅ Additional Health & Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them) to comply with WID’s standards.Why Join Us?
