Job Description
Altis Technology is recruiting a Certified Scrum Master to lead agile product development cycles for a high-impact project within the Healthcare Sector. Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum Events : Guide and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Remove Impediments : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring they can achieve their sprint goals.
- Support the Product Owner : Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, aligning it with business goals and making it manageable for the development team.
- Shield the Team : Act as a buffer between the development team and external distractions, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Coach and Mentor : Support team members in adopting Scrum practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Embrace Servant Leadership : Emphasize the importance of serving the needs of the team, promoting self-organization, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Encourage Continuous Improvement : Facilitate regular retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
- Track and Report Metrics : Communicate key Scrum metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide transparency and insights into the team's progress.
- Foster Stakeholder Communication : Maintain open communication channels between the development team and stakeholders to keep everyone informed about progress, changes, and potential risks.
- Resolve Conflicts : Address conflicts within the team and facilitate constructive discussions to maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Ensure Scrum Framework Adherence : Advocate for Scrum principles and help the team understand and apply Scrum practices effectively.
Qualifications :
- Certified Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in agile product development cycles.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support Product Owners and shield development teams from distractions.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to adopt Scrum practices and principles.
- Servant-leader mindset with a focus on promoting self-organization and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills to track and report key Scrum metrics and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Conflict resolution skills to address and resolve team conflicts constructively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to the Scrum framework.
