Altis Technology is recruiting a Certified Scrum Master to lead agile product development cycles for a high-impact project within the Healthcare Sector. Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate Scrum Events : Guide and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Remove Impediments : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring they can achieve their sprint goals.
Support the Product Owner : Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, aligning it with business goals and making it manageable for the development team.
Shield the Team : Act as a buffer between the development team and external distractions, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality work.
Coach and Mentor : Support team members in adopting Scrum practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Embrace Servant Leadership : Emphasize the importance of serving the needs of the team, promoting self-organization, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Encourage Continuous Improvement : Facilitate regular retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
Track and Report Metrics : Communicate key Scrum metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide transparency and insights into the team's progress.

Qualifications :
Certified Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in agile product development cycles.
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support Product Owners and shield development teams from distractions.
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to adopt Scrum practices and principles.
