About the role :

We are seeking to add a skilled Business Development Representative to our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing information, be highly organized, and have a keen interest in growing their career in sales.

What you'll be doing :

  • Answer inquiries from customer via phone and email
  • Execute outbound campaigns to drive new deals
  • Completing follow-up call and e-mails
  • Setting up sales calls
  • Create and execute campaigns
  • Source contacts for campaigns
  • Conduct early-stage calls with prospects
  • Assist in building the sales pipeline
  • Align with sales leaders to prepare for and follow up from events
  • Partner with AWS team to execute co-branded campaigns
  • Work with Sales Team to ensure fluid communication and handoffs on any pending items
  • Meet with customers and partners on occasion to assist in fostering the business relationship
  • Partake in relevant training to succeed in the Sales Team

Your skills & experience :

  • Knowledge and understanding of industry tech, ie. Hubspot
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a technical field
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (Marketo, Klaviyo, Mandrill, Intercom, or other similar platforms)
  • Expert level of English proficiency
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be located in Toronto
