Objective
You execute daily operations in the shopfloor & warehouse. From Receiving to Assembly line deliveries including moves to and from storage locations, picking, daily counts, materials and train moves.
All moving activities are recorded within the ERP system.
Organization Reporting
Hierarchical Reporting : Afternoon EPU Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and Confirm (Via SAP) material to the Production Line as required
- Heavy parts moving using Overhead Crane
- Operate train moving equipment to perform production line moving activities
- Inventory counting and validation
- Picking, Packing and shipping of material
- Receiving : Validate material receipt and perform inbound put-away
- Perform Purchase Order receipt via SAP and IR Scanner
- Picking and kitting of material to meet production demands
- 5S on the entire plant
Skills / Experience
- High school diploma
- Background : Warehouse Operations - Shipping / Receiving, Picking, Material Handling
- SAP & IR scanner experience, is a PLUS
- Preferred experience : 2 years in a similar function
- Fluent in English
- Mandatory : Counterbalance and Reach Truck Certification
- Crane Experience considered an asset
- Basic Knowledge of warehouse activities
