We are looking for a second Sales Manager to help lead our expanding sales team at Canada's premier RV dealership, Woody's RV World - Abbotsford!

Job Responsibilities :
Candidates must have verifiable track records, impeccable reputation, exceptional training and strong leadership skills.
Experience with CRM systems and DealerSocket
Strong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.
Establish long & short term sales goals, control of RV inventory and CRM.
Provide continuing training and development, regular coaching & motivation.
Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base and managing customer opportunities.
