Our Client in Montreal is looking to hire a BILINGUAL (French & English) Desktop + Technical Support Specialists, Montreal location (5 days / wk. on site to offer hands on support to their Clients). Must be bilingual

You must have SUPERB communication in both languages

This will be a 6 month contract to convert to fulltime conversion.

THE ROLE :

  • This is not server support, this would be customer / client focused support
  • Brokers require white glove service to offer technical support for laptop, phones, office, AV equipment, Zoom Rooms, Teams, O365, O365 Copilot, well versed on all the recent technology
  • Need to be okay in fast-paced environment, with superb communication + soft skills and professional attitude to deal with brokers. This includes dressing and presenting professionally.

Responsibilities include :

  • Onboarding / offboarding of employees.
  • Working closely with Office Management making sure technologies related issues are actioned with high priority
  • Knowledge of Mobile MDM solution setting up and configuring iOS / Android devices
  • Troubleshoot technology issues ranging from PCs, Printers and printing solutions, mobile devices, AV Zoom / Teams rooms. Configure and install equipment, imaging desktops and laptops, WiFi devices.
  • Install / remove also troubleshoot applications and software which are business approved.
  • Network related troubleshooting from files server to VPN and local internet, be a liaison between users and other teams ranging from Application and Infrastructure.
  • Active Directory, ServiceNow, O365, Copilot AI, Jabber, Bomgar
  • Providing support onsite and offsite remotely, perform Break Fix, Desk Side Support, Data Migration, Hardware Refreshes, etc.
  • Perform onsite updates, Configuration changes, or Software installations.
  • Managing SLA based on Incidents / Requests via ticketing system
  • Coordinate with Level 3 support groups and project teams for service delivery enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Must be 5 days a week in Montreal and able to travel occasionally to Quebec City
