Description de posteMinimum one (1) year recent laboratory experience in related discipline(s), as required by assigned area, preferred Demonstrated ability to develop skill and knowledge in required areas of the laboratory required Experience with current instrumentation / automation in respective area an asset General knowledge of all areas of the laboratory preferred General knowledge of the theory and practices of applicable laboratories procedures and equipment required Meditech and LIS knowledge and experience an asset Current registration with the College of Medical laboratory Technologist (CMLTO) in areas of responsibility required Participation in professional committees, networks recommended
EDUCATION :
- General certification in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized post-secondary institute
- Certification through the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
- Registration with the College of Medical laboratory Technologist of Ontario (CMLTO) in areas of responsibility required
