The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 1 – 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in general litigation, family law & divorce, construction litigation, estates litigation, and corporate commercial litigation
• Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school (or equivalent)
• Member in good standing with a provincial law society
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial
