Responsibilities :
Documents preparation : follow the information provided by client and response quickly
Data Entry and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Day-to-day Client Communication : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage emails and phone calls professionally.
Key Qualifications :
Proficient with calculation and math.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and solve problems
Experience creating and formatting documents, reports, charts and spreadsheets
