Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Data Solutions Specialist (Power BI, Power Platform) to support the transition of a database platform .
On behalf our client, a national faculty association, S.i. Systems is seeking an experienced Data Solutions Specialist to support a new membership management database platform deployment.
This expert is needed to support this transition, enhance reporting capabilities, and streamline database management processes.
This role involves not only assessing reporting needs but also developing custom solutions within the Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Apps, to ensure seamless data access and usability for staff.
Tasks include :
Reporting and Analytics Solution Design : Assess existing reporting requirements from the legacy Access database, evaluate the feasibility of replicating these in Power BI in the new platform (Wicket), and create custom reports if necessary.
Collaborate with business users to ensure reports meet historical standards and current needs.
- Power Platform Development : Design, develop, and enhance Power Apps solutions to facilitate members search and access function for data, manage data editing needs, and automate workflows.
- Touchpoints Tracking : Implement a tracking system for member interaction touchpoints, supporting the organization’s member engagement strategies.
Must Have :
- 5+ years of experience proposing and providing Power BI, Power Platform data solutions with expertise in reporting and database management.
- Proficiency in Power BI and comparable reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with API integrations and AWS database exports.
- Familiarity with membership management platforms or similar data systems
- Strong understanding of data privacy, role-based access control, and user experience design
