Job Overview :
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial activities at their manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will provide strategic financial guidance, manage budgeting processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Translate strategic direction into financial planning and execution
- Supervise finance team members
- Manage budgeting processes for manufacturing, maintenance, and overhead costs
- Update leadership on financial performance and develop action plans
- Prepare and communicate monthly accounting statements
- Conduct feasibility studies for capital projects
- Track and report cost savings projects
