The Law Firm has started to grow their practice in residential real estate.Key Responsibilities : Working on Personal Injury FilesKnowledge of other litigation filesAbility to represent clients professionally in court and in front of tribunalsFormulating detailed files and take the best actions to complete filesUnderstanding and passion for working on litigation filesDrive to grow and passion for connecting with clientsPerform the proper due diligence to attain all relevant information for filesDevelop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team membersUnderstand clients needs to get the best outcome for themBe comfortable with business developmentPossess the ability to go into court and act in the best interest of their clientsCommunicate with clients before, during and after receiving a fileAdhere to all legal and ethical standardsSuccessful candidates must have : Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Personal Injury LawyerExtremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and project management skillsHave sound judgment and ability to understand their client’s perspectivesAbility to provide superior service to clientsHandle the caseload from beginning to endMember of the B.C BAR and in good standingAbility to provide clear direction and comfortable with delegating tasksCompensationSalary between $95,000 to $115,000 / year
