Job Title : - Office Receptionist
Main Purpose of the Job :
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notify company personnel of visitors’ arrival, security and Telecommunication system
Reports to : The Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Display excellent customer service skills.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring their queries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee directories.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring sign in book, issue visitor’s badges.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to the team effort.
- Liaising with all company personnel and external visitors to ensure the above tasks are completed effectively.
