    • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SENIOR BOOKKEEPER :

  • Complete a high volume of bookkeeping activities for multiple client companies
  • Post vendor and client invoices
  • Process payments and payroll
  • Complete government remittances
  • Prepare year-end supporting documentation
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Answer client questions and communicate effectively with clients

    • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR BOOKKEEPER :

  • 3-7+ years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Online
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or business an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Suites
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of strong attention to detail
  • Daily access to a vehicle
