Creativity and attention to detail is at the forefront of our strategy, while we strive to empower individualism, inclusivity and diversity and continuously promote a positive and creative team environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPUBLIC RELATIONSRepresent the Public Relations (PR) team and assist in the development and execution of strategies, product placement, editorial reporting and analysisSupport the Marketing team across all marketing initiatives, campaigns and social media platforms with new ideas, development and executionDaily monitoring of press coverage and the creation of monthly press reports, project summaries, and event recapsSupport and facilitate press placements through sample loans, editor / influencer gifting and eventAssist with stylist, influencer and editor appointments for collection pulls and appointmentsCoordinate tools needed to secure press coverage for celebrity dressing, media relations, special initiatives and eventsAssist team to develop materials, briefings, on-site support and coordinate events and press daysCoordinate press mailers and seeding, including material sourcing, packaging, and distributionHandle administrative duties, such as processing and tracking invoices, and inputting into the PR calendarMaintain media lists and build relationships with media representatives across all platforms (print, digital, broadcast, etc.)PARTNERSHIPSSupport corporate communications tactics such as presentations and researchSupport all aspects of events, from planning to logistics and execution which may occur during work or evening hours or weekendsParticipate in social media creativity, with potential for posting and content creationPrepare and edit company publications, including website and product copy, blog posts, media releases, and moreAssist with the upload of website content (i.e. images, articles, video, press coverage and website copy)Assist with preparation and delivery of photoshoots, in-house and external eventsKeep on top of the latest digital social innovations, trends, launches, and up-and-coming influencersAct as Company customer service and sales back-up for the Customer Service team, servicing client walk-ins, providing product and brand knowledge and exceptional personable service to each clientSales support for Trunk Shows and private shopping eventsLiaise with VIP clientele and high priority contacts to build relationships on behalf of the CompanySupport director with management and execution of retail partners, organizing and coordinating PK's, follow-upCreate weekly sales reports to help director analyze action points, putting those next steps into actionSome travel may be requiredOther administrative duties may applyQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing or relevant fieldProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreadingHigh attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to spot errorsNatural self-starter, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented entrepreneurial environmentAbility to think creatively, problem-solve and generate new ideasStrong work ethic and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
