Salesforce Architect

One of GTT Digital's clients is need of a Salesforce Architect to drive digital adoption and best practices within Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This individual will leverage their years of experience with Salesforce products, including Commerce Cloud, to optimize the system and its functionality to meet business objectives, while working with team members to better utilize the technology. This indvidual will play a central role for any new Salesforce project work related to Commerce Cloud and potentially other Salesforce products, as per the project roadmap. This individual will also play a central role in working with leadership to determine upcoming project priorities, staying up-to-date on product news / enhancements / best practices, and driving awareness and adoption throughout the organization.

Required skills :

• Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies, specifically Commerce Cloud
• Extensive experience providing technology oversight and strategy in a matrixed organization
• Proven ability to "roll up their sleeves " and perform hands-on work, including but not limited to : system configuration, system integration, troubleshooting, product enhancements, etc
• Salesforce certifications, particularly those related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, are highly desirable
• Experience with alternative Salesforce products would be a major asset
