Required Qualifications
Education :
- Business Administration certificate and / or an equivalent combination of formal education and related experience, preferably in a health care environment.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years practical experience in a senior support role;Experience directly related to executive level administrative functions, including to a Board of Directors is an asset;Demonstrated proficiency working in a computerized environment and with MS Office.Abilities and Skills :
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both official languages (French and English) is required;Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders;Exceptional organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;Demonstrates responsibility for and accurately handles the details associated with one’s work; is conscientious about accuracy; maintains appropriate confidentialities.Strong IT skills required;Ability to adapt to a changing environment and respond with initiative;Ability to prioritize workload;Must be in good physical and mental health;Ability to demonstrate a satisfactory employment record, including attendance; andCurrent Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer.Knowledge :
