This role is split between 2 key areas - AB Testing & Delivery Metrics & Reporting. Specifically, this individual will :
Coordinate AB Testing activities within INTL Digital - coordinating activities across a variety of internal partners - including DAO, Product, Technology
Support platform upgrade projects as needed to ensure minimal business disruption across the INTL Digital Teams
Coordinate all reporting related activities associated with the VP Delivery Performance Review Process, including reports / metrics associated at a discipline, team, program and sub portfolio level.
Given much of the work is focused on coordinating the tasks of others, following up on due dates, escalating blockers and issues to key leaders and / or managers as needed to ensure the work progresses as needed. Ideally this person should be able to make changes to the reporting formats and design / launch new reports as needed.
Responsibilities :
Support management of project progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
Collaborate with business stakeholders on communications, processes, and procedures
Support development and maintenance of relevant documentation
Participate in knowledge transfer activities
Must Haves :
3+ years of experience in Reporting w / Confluence and JIRA
Experience working in a complex environment with large cross-functional teams
Understanding of reporting dashboards and JIRA / Confluence reporting metrics
Self-starter with great organisational skills.
Plusses :
Experience with creating dashboards in JIRA
Experience hands on w / AB Testing
Experience with Smart Sheets or PowerBI
Experience working on large, enterprise wide programs / projects
Experience working on an international project with stakeholders across multiple time zones
