  • Qualification :
  • Graduate in any Stream. (Commerce Graduates would be preferred)
  • Desired Skills :
  • Good knowledge of Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend, assess and analyze the customer’s issue and provide appropriate resolution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members or other departments
  • Technical Skills :
  • Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle, Workflow tools, MS Office
  • Language Proficiency
  • Excellent Canadian French & English- Writing / Listening / Speaking
  • Shift Time
  • 11am - 8pm
  • Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)
  • Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customer’s need and providing resolutions within defined timelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelines
  • Ensure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $17.00-$18.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 37.5 per week

    • Secondary School (required)
    • Experience :

    • Customer Service : 3 years (required)
    • knowledge of SAP / Oracle, workflow tools, and MS Office : 1 year (required)
    • Language :
