The Corporate Security group is looking for a dynamic candidate to provide analytical support to the Anti-fraud Center. This opening is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in a challenging and high profile environment where they can play an important role to reduce fraud against Bell customers and assets.
The job requires an individual who is open to change, has strong business acumen and is results-oriented. As such, the candidate must be able to manage change while working efficiently in a collaborative environment.
Under the direction of the Specialist, Fraud and Control Detection, the selected candidate will be responsible for data analytics and reporting on fraud detection & prevention strategies to reduce fraud impact on Bell customers and assets. In addition, the computer application support will complete tests on systems and applications and provide training to end-users on the Anti-fraud Center tools.
The candidate will use enterprise anti-fraud management systems and others data-oriented analytical solution to identify, design, develop, test and maintain fraud detection strategies. The candidate will also be responsible to closely follow fraud volume and impact and contribute to new efficient strategies to reduce them in the future (less customer impact and lower fraud investigation effort).
