Founder at Raiseview Capital | Investor & Lender Relations | Helping Businesses, Dealmakers & Equipment Sellers Close More Deals & Secure Funding

Location : Remote (Full-Time)

Compensation : Commission-Based (Uncapped Earnings Potential)

Raiseview Capital Inc. is a private credit and alternative lending firm specializing in securing funding for businesses through a network of private lenders, institutional investors, and financial partners. We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong understanding of outbound sales and deal sourcing. While a finance background is a bonus, it is not strictly necessary—we provide a clear checklist and structured process to guide conversations, qualify leads, and book follow-up calls to secure exclusivity agreements for funding. This role offers significant earning potential in a multi-billion dollar industry.

Role Overview

The BDR will be responsible for identifying businesses in need of capital, initiating contact, and securing signed exclusivity agreements. The role requires strong outbound prospecting skills across multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. We provide access to lead lists and outbound systems for high-performing individuals, but candidates should also be self-starters who can generate their own opportunities. Additionally, our firm has multiple ideal customer profiles (ICPs), many of which can generate referral business—providing a steady stream of potential leads and opportunities for our BDRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage businesses seeking funding through cold outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Secure signed exclusivity agreements with qualified businesses.
  • Qualify leads based on lending criteria and funding potential using our provided checklist.
  • Book follow-up calls to finalize agreements and hand off deals to our funding team.
  • Manage outreach campaigns and maintain records in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the funding process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets.

What We Provide

  • Pre-built lead lists for cold calling and email outreach, but BDRs are encouraged to source additional leads.
  • A structured checklist and call process to guide outreach and qualification.
  • Access to our outbound email systems (for proven performers).
  • CRM and workflow automation to track progress.
  • Training and ongoing support in financial deal structuring.
  • A highly established funding backend —if the deal is good, we will get it funded.
  • Clear division of responsibilities —BDRs are solely focused on front-end prospecting and securing exclusivity agreements. Once a deal is locked in, our funding team takes over, ensuring the BDR can concentrate on sourcing new opportunities without worrying about the funding process.
  • Qualifications

  • Must be professional, well-spoken, and represent a highly reputable financial firm.
  • Must have a clean, organized workspace suitable for professional calls.
  • Fully fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and SMBs.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a BDR or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Finance experience is a bonus but not required —we provide the necessary tools and frameworks.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach channels effectively (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Compensation Structure

  • 100 per signed exclusivity agreement.
  • 400 upon successful funding of a client sourced by the BDR.
  • 3% of the fees collected on funded deals.
  • 3% of the fees collected on repeat business from the same client.
  • Performance-based incentives for top performers.
  • Industry & Growth Potential

The private credit and alternative lending industry is a multi-billion dollar market with extensive demand for capital solutions. Many businesses struggle to secure funding through traditional banks, creating a massive opportunity for BDRs to connect them with alternative financing solutions. Furthermore, with our multiple ICPs, BDRs can tap into referral networks and industry-specific verticals , ensuring a strong pipeline of potential deals. This is a role where top performers can scale their earnings significantly over time.

    Why Join Raiseview Capital?

  • Work with a highly experienced team in private credit and alternative lending.
  • No cap on earnings—your results determine your income.
  • Direct access to financial decision-makers and private lenders.
  • Remote flexibility with structured support to maximize performance.
  • Confidence in our funding process —if a deal is solid, we will secure the capital.
  • Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for individuals who understand that the first deal will generate the earnings needed to maintain motivation and stay afloat. The best candidates will come into the position prepared for a commission-based structure, confident in their ability to source and engage businesses, and eager to capitalize on the vast potential of the alternative lending market.
