Control Room Operator

Work Location : In-Person, Richmond Hill (Leslie / Major Mackenzie), remote work option is not available.

Job Type : Full-time job, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Salary Range : $45K to $60K per year, with an option to develop into a CC manager

Our employer, a leading security company specializing in services for high-profile clients, is seeking an in-person Command & Control Centre (CC) Operator . This role requires a detail-oriented and vigilant professional to join their private security team. The CC Operator will be responsible for centrally monitoring, analyzing, and assisting in the coordination of responses to real-time operational data and critical incidents, all while maintaining the highest level of situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and operate Command and Control Centre systems, including surveillance, alarm systems, communication systems, etc.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, or emergencies by following established protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, such as law enforcement, emergency services, and field teams, during critical events.
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and incident reports.
• Analyze data from surveillance systems and monitoring software to identify trends or risks and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure all communication and operations align with standard operating procedures.
• Support operational decision-making by providing accurate, real-time information and recommendations.
