DescriptionThe Program Manager with a background in automotive manufacturing and precision machining will lead complex projects from concept to production. This role is responsible for managing all elements of multiple programs, ensuring seamless coordination, driving innovation and continuous improvements, tracking budgets, adhering to timing commitments, and delivering customer satisfaction. Minimum of 10 years in program management within the automotive sector, with experience leading complex, cross-functional , manufacturing and , with strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and change , MS Office and MS Project asset Six Sigma experience &T and blueprint reading, and understanding of CMM reports.Technical Skills / CompetenceShould have high energy level, a positive attitude and be able to work without direct supervisionShould be a strong self-motivator and work well with othersExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively.
