Project

Manager The Project Manager is a very important resource in the management and success of the projects entrusted to us. Thus, his role is to coordinate the management of analysis requests in order to respond effectively to the needs and analysis deadlines of our customers. The project manager is responsible for ensuring close communication with the various analytical departments in order to provide the information inherent to the projects entrusted to us.

What you'll do :

Develop and maintain strong business relationships and trust with customers;
Carry out the complete management and coordination of submitted projects in collaboration with the various teams in the laboratory;
Answer customers' technical questions in collaboration with the laboratory's specialized resources;
If required, coordinate project kick-off meetings to understand the project context, critical issues, logistics to support the client's needs and required analysis deadlines;
Ensure proactive communication with customers and the laboratory in the event of a problem during the completion of projects;
Document problems and identify appropriate solutions to remedy non-conformities;
Provide recommendations to the management team on the improvement of services to better meet client expectations;
Participate in the training and mentoring of teams assisting customer service representatives;

What you bring to our organization :

University degree, or equivalent, in chemistry or applied sciences is an asset;

Previous experience in customer service in an accredited laboratory is an asset;

Excellent knowledge of applicable environmental regulations (soil, water, air) is an asset;

Advanced computer skills;

Excellent command of written and verbal French. English considered an asset;

Helpful, beneficent and friendly even under pressure;

Must be organized and able to multitask, can successfully meet multiple deadlines;

Ability to solve problems, supervise and organize work;

Must be willing to work in a team;

Ability to work in a good mood in an active environment.
