Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver IT infrastructure upgrade programs with speed and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.
• Manage a large tech infrastructure program valued at $30 million or more, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
• Drive project teams to meet deadlines and commitments, proactively removing roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Implement process improvements and challenge the status quo to enhance project delivery and team performance.
• Organize and manage multiple related and interdependent deliverables to address End Of Life (EOL) IT infrastructure effectively.
