- Make outbound calls to potential customers and warm leads
- Respond to inquiries and engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
- Support the senior sales team with lead management and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

- Comfortable working with technology and CRM tools (training provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
