Agilus is recruiting for Regional Service Technicians in the Air Compressor Rental Industry in Langley and the Kelowna / Vernon region, British Columbia.

The Regional Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing oil-free air rental equipment in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain air compressor equipment in the field
  • Repair equipment in the field and at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
  • Improve measurable success to business targets
  • Document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience as an air compressor field service mechanic or Millwright
  • Appropriate Electromechanical degree or training
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and / or pneumatics
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to diffuse customer complaints by phone, email, or in-person
  • Good physical shape and able to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending and kneeling
  • Able to work overtime
  • Though this is typically a Mon-Fri role, the ability to occasionally travel up to 3 weeks away from home (in such situations a daily LOA and paid accommodation will be provided)

  • 35.00 - $47.00 hourly
