Our Client, a leading Canadian equipment sales company, Is on the lookout for their next Accounts Receivable Team Lead.

This person will take part in a collaborative work environment, lead their team and do full-cycle accounts receivable.

The Client is located in Midtown Toronto with an onsite working model.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full-cycle of accountants receivable
  • Liaise and collaborate with sales team to accomplish collective goals
  • Assist with month-end activities and be responsible for all A / R reporting
  • Responsible for managing a team of 3 Accounts receivable administrators supporting their day-to-day activities.
  • Develop KPI's and team expectations to drive the team to grow
  • Capable of managing a portfolio ranging from $100 balances to $1 million balances
  • Proficient in their ability to collect on accounts 120 day past due
  • Qualifications

  • 3 years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
  • 2 years of experience with collections and account resolution
  • Managerial experience
  • ERP proficiency
