Position : Facilities Supervisor

Location : Vaughan, ON

Duration : Permanent, Full-time

OVERVIEW

5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

Proven expertise in facility projects & equipment upgrades

Skilled in managing maintenance teams and handling production equipment, including PLC systems & robotics

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities, with a focus on minimizing downtime and after-hours support

Manage parts inventory, order replacements, and keep the team updated

Oversee & improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program w / regular audits

Coordinating contractor services, ensure timely repairs, & maintain audit records

NOTE : Candidates MUST HAVE automotive environment experience
