Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and real estate projects.
  • Analyze asset performance, including cash flow, ROI, IRR, and cap rates.
  • Support due diligence by reviewing leases, financial statements, and legal documents.
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, and finance teams.

Profile :

  • Degree in finance, real estate, or economics (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial consulting.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate valuation methods (DCF, comparables, income approach, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of real estate markets and asset classes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
