Billing Assistant, Professional environment

YOUR ROLE :

This versatile position combines responsibilities related to accounting, administration and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Proceed and validate the professional invoicing;
  • Record the data in the accounting system;
  • Scan and file supporting documents;
  • Collaborate and maintain good relationships with various professionals and / or colleagues;
  • Any other duties related to the need for the position.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • DEC in accounting, administration or any other training related to the position;
  • Relevant billing experience in a similar role;
  • Good command of French and English, spoken and written;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Master software (an asset);
  • Professional rigour and thoroughness;
  • Good ability to meet deadlines;
  • Managing stress and priorities well;
  • Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
