Monica looking for a babysitter or nanny in Victoria

We are a warm and friendly family in Victoria. Our youngest daughters are turning 4 in April and 8 in June. We have had at-home care for 7 years and love it. The girls are close friends and love to play, do art, come up with imaginative games, go to the park, and compose songs. We have a dedicated space for their daytime play and learning. Our older daughter is doing home school so we are seeking someone who is confident in their abilities to support the homeschool journey. We need someone Monday to Friday 9-5 who lives independently. Our ideal candidate will also travel with us when we travel occasionally for work or leisure. We are looking for someone with a full drivers license, who can also support with house care and simple meals.
